360 Onboarding
As Learning Experience designers, we design training materials such as onboarding to help organizations maximize productivity time. As I have worked in different operations I have been on both sides of the coin, tasked to learn and tasked to train, and when you have a lot of training to conduct, having a learning program that will help you is valuable especially for everybody's time.
About the 360 Lab tech Onboarding Project
Overview
For this Project I assessed if it it was relevant for companies/businesses or operations to have a training material such as this. Is it relevant? yes, instead of placing the hiring managers/trainers to train for onboarding procedures and tours we can use this LMS to do just that so hiring managers/trainers can do other tasks. Is it solving a real world problem? will it help with task delegation and maximize every stakeholder's time so that everyone can proceed to productivity.
